Approval in writing from us is necessary before returning any product that complies with your order. Returns will only be considered if you reach out to us within 14 business days of receiving the order.
If we consent to the return of such a product, a handling charge equivalent to 20% of the purchase price will apply. The product must be sent by you, prepaid for shipping, in its original shipping carton, if feasible, within 7 days of authorization for return.
Products returned without our prior written approval may, at our discretion, be sent back to you or stored at your expense, without prejudice to any of our rights or remedies.
Should you assert that the delivered product is faulty, not in line with your order, or does not match the description or quantity on the invoice, you must notify us within 14 business days of receiving the order. If substantiated, we may, at our discretion, rectify the fault or refund you. If the goods need to be returned, we will specify the return method at our expense.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns of electronic spare parts like circuit boards or electronic components. For faulty electronic spare parts, a letter from an authorised professional repairer is required with details of the fault. Please ensure these items suit your requirement before placing an order.
Certain Australian States and Territories mandate that specific electrical and gas repairs be conducted solely by a qualified individual. Proof of fitting by a qualified person is required before a faulty part can be authorised for return.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3-5 business days of the refund agreement.
To start a return, contact us atsupport@wamelectrical.com.au. If your return is accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
